If your ATM/debit card is lost or stolen, or you notice unauthorized transactions on your account, please notify us immediately.
- During regular business hours call Shakewest Bank
- After business hours, call Shazam at:
- Press #1 to report a lost or stolen card.
- Follow the prompts
- A Shazam representative will take your information, deactivate your card, and contact Shakewest Bank the next business day.
- Cards cancelled through these methods cannot be reactivated. Card replacement requests must be made by contacting Customer Support at .
